After Hours
If you have an emergency after the office is closed, report to the nearest emergency room or call 911. Non-emergency calls will be taken by the after hours answering service. You can reach them by calling our main telephone number 719-790-1400.
Appointments
Please call our office to schedule your appointments. We will make every effort to get you in as soon as possible. We will need your medical records prior your appointment.

Insurance
We accept all major insurances such Medicare, Medicaid, BcBs, United healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Workers Comp patient, and many others. If patient has insurance that is not listed he/she can call our office to make sure we are in network with his/her insurance. We require that you bring your insurance card(s) with you to your appointment. If you choose to bring a copy of the card(s), be sure that you also bring a copy of the back of the card. This will ensure that your claim is filed properly. Please call our billing department for any insurance or account questions. On the day of the service, please be prepared to pay the co-payment required by your insurance. Any balance after your insurance has paid, is payable within 30 days of your statement from this office, unless prior arrangements have been made.
